Custprinter (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides United States domestic shipping services for all custom print-on-demand orders. All orders are processed and shipped from our United States warehouse. This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on custprinter.com
1. Order Processing & Production Time
All custom print orders require production time before shipment.
Standard order processing and production is completed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or official US holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Shipping Carrier & Shipping Method
We ship all packages via USPS (United States Postal Service).
USPS is our exclusive and official shipping carrier for both domestic US orders and international orders.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a valid tracking number to monitor delivery status in real time.
3. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Threshold
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders as specified on our website.
All shipping charges are final once the order is placed. No shipping refunds will be issued after shipment.
4. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide.
We reserve the right to suspend shipping to countries with high logistics risks, trade restrictions, or frequent customs seizure issues.
If your location is unavailable during checkout, we do not support delivery to that area.
5. Delivery Time
Domestic US Orders
Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery after shipment.
International Orders
International shipping delivery time ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination country logistics.
6. Shipping Address Responsibility
You are solely responsible for entering your correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
We will not resend, refund, or compensate for lost, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, or customer address errors.
7. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, sales taxes, or local tariffs imposed by the destination country.
All customs charges, taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We do not cover, reimburse, or take liability for any customs costs, customs delays, or package confiscation due to local import regulations.
8. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:
USPS carrier logistics delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Customs inspection holds
Global logistics congestion
Buyer address issues
Shipping timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, missing, or severely damaged during transit, please contact our support team with your order number and photos within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with USPS claim verification on a case-by-case basis.
