Custprinter (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website custprinter.com and provides custom print-on-demand merchandise services. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“customer”, “buyer”, “you”) and Custprinter. By browsing our website, uploading designs, placing orders, and using our services, you fully agree to all terms below.
1. Service Description
We offer custom printed apparel, including t-shirts and other garments. You may upload your own artwork, select print settings, and we will produce and ship the custom items according to your uploaded design and selected options.All preview images on our website are for reference only. The final printed product may have minor color deviation caused by display differences and printing techniques.

2. User Obligations & Content Submission
2.1 You shall not upload any content that violates local, federal, or international laws. Prohibited content includes pirated material, trademarked logos, celebrity portraits, violent, obscene, racist, hateful or infringing material.2.2 You warrant that all artwork, text, images and graphics you upload are legally owned by you, or you have obtained full written copyright, trademark and portrait authorization from the right holders.
2.3 You grant us a limited non-exclusive license only to reproduce your uploaded artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your individual order. We will never reuse, resell or redistribute your designs for other commercial purposes without your written permission.
2.4 You are solely responsible for checking the spelling, layout, color and content of your uploaded files before submitting payment. We will print exactly according to the file you provide, and we do not offer refunds for typos, layout errors or design mistakes made by you.
3. Payment, Pricing & Taxes
3.1 All product prices are displayed on the checkout page. You authorize our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to charge your selected payment method upon order confirmation.
3.2 Prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local sales taxes. You shall bear all tariff and tax costs incurred during international delivery.
3.3 We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders already paid and confirmed.
4. Order Production & Shipping
4.1 Production usually takes 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping time depends on the delivery method and destination country. We are not liable for delays caused by carrier logistics, customs inspection or force majeure events.
4.2 It is your responsibility to input accurate shipping addresses. We will not resend lost packages caused by incorrect address information you provided.
5. Return & Refund Policy
5.1 We only accept reprint or refund requests for our own printing defects, misprints, damaged goods or wrong items. You must provide clear photos of defective products within 7 days after receiving the package.
5.2 Custom personalized items made with your uploaded design cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, unless we made production errors.
5.3 If customs confiscate your package because your uploaded design violates local laws or intellectual property rules, we will not issue a refund. You bear full legal and financial responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property of Our Website
All text, pictures, logos, page layout and code on custprinter.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Custprinter. You may not copy, scrape or reproduce any content from our site for commercial use without our written approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We only act as a printing service provider. We are not obligated to conduct comprehensive legal review of every uploaded design. We shall not be held responsible for any copyright dispute, trademark claim, portrait right litigation or other legal disputes arising from the artwork you upload.
7.2 Our total maximum compensation for any order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that single order. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or legal attorney fees.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, disputes will be settled in the local court of Florida.
9. Policy Modification
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version will take effect once published on our website. Your continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
10. Copyright & Artwork Liability Disclaimer
By uploading artwork, images, text, graphics, logos and other design files to Custprinter and submitting a custom print order, you acknowledge and agree with all the following provisions:
Copyright Warranty
You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the uploaded artwork, or you have obtained all necessary written licenses, copyright permissions, trademark authorizations and portrait release forms from all relevant third-party right holders.
Your uploaded content shall not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, right of publicity, patent or other intellectual property rights under any national or international law.
Full Buyer Liability
Custprinter only provides print-on-demand production services. We do not conduct comprehensive legal review on every user-submitted design.
You shall bear 100% full legal responsibility for all intellectual property infringement claims, DMCA takedown notices, lawsuits, fines, customs confiscation and compensation disputes caused by the design you upload.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Custprinter, our staff and our cooperative printing factories from all losses, legal costs, compensation and penalties arising from your infringing content.
Content Restrictions
You shall never upload any of the following content:
- Movie, anime, band, game, sports team or brand copyrighted images and logos without official authorization;
- Celebrity, influencer, public figure photos without portrait release;
- Hate speech, violent, pornographic, discriminatory or illegal graphic content;
- Counterfeit, trademark-infringing logos and brand marks.

Print Execution Rule
We will strictly print products according to the design file you upload. We will not modify, censor or adjust your design content unless we find obvious illegal content before production. If we suspend production for suspected infringement, we will not be liable for order cancellation losses.
Final Confirmation
You have read and fully understood this copyright disclaimer before uploading your artwork and paying for the order. You voluntarily assume all legal risks related to your custom design.
