Custprinter (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates custom print-on-demand services at custprinter.com. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders, purchases, and product disputes on our website.
1. Custom Product Final Sale Rule
All custom personalized print items are made-to-order and final sale.
Custom products are uniquely produced based on customer-uploaded designs, and therefore do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund due to change of mind, personal dislike, wrong size selection, or unnecessary purchase.

2. Eligible Refund & Reprint Conditions
We only accept free reprint or full refund requests for issues caused directly by our production and shipping team, including:
- Printing defects, ink errors, misprints, or pattern offset
- Wrong item shipped or incorrect size/color
- Severe product damage caused during shipping
3. Claim Time Limit
You must submit a defect claim and provide clear photos or videos within 7 calendar days after package delivery.

4. Ineligible for Refund / Reprint
We do not offer returns, refunds, or compensation under the following situations:
- Customer uploaded wrong text, wrong image, wrong layout, or spelling errors
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Minor color difference caused by screen display deviation and printing technology
- Normal fabric texture difference or minor manual printing tolerance
- Package detained, seized, or destroyed by local customs due to customer’s uploaded infringing or illegal content
- Lost package caused by incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer
5. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is approved due to our production error, we will cover the reshipment cost.
For any customer-initiated voluntary return (if specially approved), all return shipping fees and customs fees are borne by the buyer.
Original tariffs, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing
Once your claim is verified and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
